Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread service and all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local visitor’s tax.

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (July 2014: Euro 2,60 per day and person above 14 years of age).

Possibility to use the washing machine, per wash cycle 5,00Euro.

Discounts for children

Kids up to 2,99 years stay with us free of charge.
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 30,00 € per week (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.

Reservation

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 € per week has been paid.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Außerdem gelten die unten angeführten Stornierungsbedingungen.

For stays of less than 3 days there is a surcharge by arrangement.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site.
Since December 6^th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 15.00 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 15.00 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10.00 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

You may cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit. In case of a cancellation between 29 days before arrival and the booked day of arrival,  following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation until 10 days before arrival: 60% of the full price; cancellation less than 9 days before arrival: 80% of the full price.

In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit.

However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Exclusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided.
